On October 3 the second of several public meetings will be held for the Upper Main Street Planning Project. Join us for a first look at conceptual site plan alternatives for the Upper Main Street site. We need public feedback on these options to help create a preferred master plan concept for the site.The meeting will be held from 7:00 – 8:30 in the Essex Middle School cafeteria.
It is envisioned as a mixed-use town center including Town offices, library, fire and rescue, and other uses such as housing, recreation, and open space. The consultant team will also share public feedback from the August meeting and information on the Town building concepts.
