ARE YOU A NON-PROFIT OR COMMUNITY ORGANIZATION THAT WOULD LIKE TO PARTICIPATE? 

Nonprofit, political, and religious organizations wishing to participate in the farmers market must receive prior approval from the Market Managers. All participating groups must comply with all applicable town policies, local ordinances, and market rules. Distribution of political or religious propaganda, including pamphlets, flyers, flags, or other handouts, is not permitted. 

Approval is granted at the discretion of the Market Managers, and acceptance may be subject to space availability and the overall mission of the market. Groups are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful, non-disruptive manner and may not interfere with market operations, vendors, or patrons.  If approved, organizations will be permitted to participate for a one‑week space at the market, subject to space that is open and available at the time of scheduling.
